Your workspace belongs to you.

TRAP stores your registered email, username, display name, authentication records, and the work you save. Passwords are stored as password hashes. Session cookies keep you signed in.

Separate workspaces

Personal tasks, business records, finances, uploads, and conversations are scoped to your signed-in account. New accounts start empty. Staff can access member directory information, course activity, support tickets, and the administration information their assigned role permits.

Account support

The service may store the network address and approximate region supplied with account activity for support and security. These are estimates, not precise location. Use Support inside your workspace or email support@trap.llc to ask about your account or request deletion.

Optional services

Financial, advertising, social, payment, and AI providers require separate setup. When you authorize one, information needed for that feature is processed by that provider. Saved imports do not imply a live connection. Email delivery is used for account verification and password resets.

Before a purchase

Creating an account does not activate billing. Review the offer and checkout terms before subscribing or purchasing a class.
