Access & billing information
Understand the offer, access period, and renewal terms before choosing a class or membership.
Free and paid access
Account creation does not buy a course or activate paid billing. Free classes and previews are identified in the catalog. Member-only lessons require the specified access level or a qualifying folder entitlement. Guided paths may require earlier modules to be completed first.
Site membership and program purchases
A site membership unlocks the wider workspace and classes up to its level. A folder purchase unlocks the specified program; it does not grant a site membership. The saved offer and checkout show the price and billing interval. Prices are displayed in USD. Purchases stay unavailable until payment configuration is ready.
Trials, gifts, and renewals
Eligible no-card trials and gifts end at their saved expiration date and do not start paid billing automatically. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Check your current access and renewal details in Profile → Membership.
Cancellation and billing help
Use the subscription management button in Profile → Membership to manage or cancel provider billing when available. Contact support if you cannot open it. Ending website access or being removed from a classroom does not cancel a provider subscription.
Refund questions
A platform-wide refund policy has not been published here. Request the terms for the specific offer before buying and contact support for an existing purchase. No automatic refund approval or refund deadline is promised on this page.
Course delivery
Lesson formats, instructor contact, homework, chat rooms, and included resources vary by course. Read the curriculum and offer first. Progress records reflect your saved lesson actions and assessments; they do not certify video attendance, professional qualification, income, or business outcomes.
Using the community
Keep discussions relevant and respectful. Use the report option to request a staff review of a visible comment, message, or review. Course staff can moderate authorized rooms; administrators can restrict website access. A report is a request for review, not proof of misconduct.
Connections and reminders
Third-party services require supported integrations and authorization. Data refreshes depend on provider availability. In-site reminders, typing indicators, and notifications operate while the site is open; they do not promise closed-browser delivery.
